With or without snow, the holiday season is coming and NAIOP Colorado invites you to share in the tradition by joining us at The Brown Palace Hotel on December 11th from 5:00 - 7:30 pm for the Annual Holiday Reception. Click here for details and registration information.
Each year, as a part of NAIOP Colorado's holiday tradition, a portion of your registration fees is donated to a local charity. This year, the Community Relations Committee has chosen the Denver Children's Home. Denver Children's Home (DCH) treats traumatized, abused and neglected children aged six to eighteen. Many of the children come from poor families who cannot even afford treatment. As you can imagine, the holidays are an especially tough time of year for these children, as many are not able to go home to be with their families. Some don't have families to go home to, while others simply don't have a stable home environment. The staff at DCH try very hard to make the holidays a warm, happy time for the kids, but a limited budget means that they need our help. There is a list on the 2nd page of the registration flyer with some suggested gift items for the kids at DCH. You can also click here to visit Denver Children's Home website and learn more about their requests for the holidays, as well as their ongoing needs throughout the year. If you choose to purchase any of the items listed in the flyer or on the website, you can bring these unwrapped gifts to the Holiday Reception at The Brown Palace on December 11th or you can drop your gifts off at the NAIOP office by December 17th for delivery to Denver Children's Home in time for the holidays.
Join us at The Brown Palace Hotel on December 11th for the Annual Holiday Reception and help make this a very special holiday season for the kids at Denver Children's Home.
