Denver's Changing Lanscape - A Metro Denver Chamber Gold Program

Downtown Denver's landscape is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in years.  On December 12th, the Metro Denver Chamber hosted a Gold Program event where the city's commercial real estate experts discussed trends in expansion, downtown appeal and what is in the works for a city that is on the edge of becoming a 24-hour-a-day destination.  Attendees were able to hear about why downtown future growth opportunities have shifted from Broadway to LoDo and from 19th to 14th streets, and what's new on the horizon, as well as who's buying, who's selling and who's occupying all these properties.  The rule of "location, location, location" still applies, but what are the newest trends?  Click here to see the presentation from the Chamber Gold Program and get the answers shared by the experts.  (The presentation may take a few moments to download due to the size).
